The Proliner 2V is built with a shockproof casing to protect the instrument. Protection for the pendulum mechanism is ensured by a locking device which is engaged when the instrument is turned off

To aid setting out the Proliner projects a single point beam downwards ensuring the Proliner can be mounted directly over a setting out mark

While the Proliner is self-levelling it can be operated with the self-levelling system turned off. In this mode, level can be achieved by fine adjusting the three legs until the installed spirit bubble is centred. The level can then be rotated on its base which is marked out in degrees

With a 5/8 inch mount the Proliner can be mounted on any tripod with a 5/8 inch thread but ADA produce a range of tripods to cater for most uses. Please search here for ADA tripods
